You can pay via PayPal, Stripe, or any major credit or debit card. You have the option to pay 50% when booking and the remaining 50% on the day your house sitter arrives at your home.

No, refunds are not offered, as most of the payment goes directly to the assigned sitter. However, if your plans change, we’ll do our best to reschedule the service for you.

There are no minimum or maximum durations. However, short stays may cost the same as longer ones due to fixed transportation costs for the sitter.

Yes. The service includes care of gardens and large plants. Just provide your instructions, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Absolutely. There is no limit to the number of animals per stay. We adapt to each home’s unique needs.

Yes. If you’ve had a great experience with a sitter and they’re available for your dates, we’ll happily assign them again.

We offer international service and can send professionals almost anywhere. The only exception is zones affected by war or serious conflict.

No. Our sitters are self-sufficient. In remote locations, transportation may be arranged and included in the service fee.

You’ll have access to 24/7 support via WhatsApp, email, and phone — both with the company and your assigned sitter. If an emergency arises, we’ll take immediate action.

Yes. All sitters are covered by international health insurance and civil liability insurance — fully included in the service fee.
